Recipe Ideas for Evaporated Milk

One of the hot buys over the past couple of weeks has been evaporated milk. On sale for $1.28-$1 coupon from the Smuckers booklets makes each can just 28cents! I think there was also a Checkout 51 rebate making this a rock bottom deal! But if you are like me you might say....what the heck am I going to use evaporated milk for?!
